We are recruiting for a Client Services Director working for a top UK agency. To be considered for this rare opportunity you will need to have proven experience of leading and motivating a large account management team and excellent client management credentials. This senior role will see you take the lead on one of the agency’s key accounts so previous experience providing direction and management of a large (£10million+) account with success and conviction is essential. You will need to demonstrate marketing and strategy experience coupled with strong financial management acumen. This role would suit a passionate, driven individual who is operational, hands-on and willing to get their hands dirty whilst recognising the importance of a process-driven environment. You will be working across many different European markets, so experience of operating in a similar environment would be advantageous.
As Client Services Director your role will focus on providing the strategic direction and operational management for a key account. Scoping out additional opportunities, leading a large team and ensuring the client receives added value and strategic level expertise will form part of your remit. Using your exemplary communication and presentation skills you will support and identify new opportunities and ensure long-term relationships are developed through regular contact.
