£31,500 plus good benefitsWith an interest in research and insight and existing experience of maintaining and analysing data you would be interested in working for a leading charity in Hertfordshire. An ability to develop insights and recommend business solutions is essential as is recent experience of developing customer and market information reporting systems to identify trends and patterns. This is a great opportunity to lead the customer relationship function and work as part of a collaborative and cross-functional team.
As CRM & Insight Manager you will report to the Director of Customer Operations. In your role you will research and analyse customer relationship data and produce management reports. In addition you will conduct segmentation, trend analysis and data profiling to understand customer needs and business opportunities. Maintaining all CRM data and analysing and reporting from the CRM to identify trends and risks and their potential impact will also form part of the remit.
