A rare opportunity has arisen as a Marketing Assistant working for this consumer products manufacturer that works with many of the major retailers in the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone keen to work in fast moving consumer goods and develop a career in Product or Brand Management. The opportunity would suit a keen and enthusiastic individual of graduate calibre. You are likely to have had at least six month’s experience in marketing and are keen to carve out a successful career in the industry.
Reporting to one of the key Product Managers and working alongside other members of the marketing team you will assist and help formulate annual marketing plans across one of the categories. Managing, developing and launching an agreed portfolio of the product range in conjunction with the Product Manager and being involved in product development will also form part of your remit. Other activities you are likely to be involved in will include point of sale, press, TV, sampling and events.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior marketer to join a leading branded manufacturer. Due to the location of the Cambridgeshire office, this role could be of interest to those living in Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.
