Educated to degree level with extensive product management experience, you will be a strong communicator with the ability to develop and manage product life cycles. Operating in a B2B environment, this is an exciting opportunity to join a successful market leader.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and with a team of Product Managers working with you, you will be the segment champion for this leading UK brand; developing mid-term plans and ensuring consistency and buy-in, both internally and externally. You will take full ownership of implementing the marketing and channel strategies, to ensure all products achieve client expectations and are in line with business targets.

This is a high profile Senior Product Manager position where you will be the decision maker throughout NPD, exchange product data and oversee sales forecasts. You will also be required to identify and target consumers to ensure strong leadership and brand development, as dealing with key customers is a crucial part of this role. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding project management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, as well as displaying genuine managerial credentials. Due to the location of the Lincolnshire office, this role could be of interest to candidates living in Corby, King’s Lynn, Peterborough, Grantham, Market Harborough and Bourne.
