To be suitable for this Senior Product Manager opportunity you will need to have good marketing experience either from an FMCG, retail or food service company and be looking to work for a leading, international FMCG company based in the East Midlands. The role is marketing to the foodservice rather than retail market which means there is more opportunity to develop creative and commercial marketing strategies without being limited by the demands of supermarkets. To be successful for this role you will need to be classically trained in FMCG marketing and be a good strategic thinker.
As Senior Product Manager you will report to the Marketing Manager and be a key member of the commercial team. This is a brand new role which will lead and inspire the marketing strategy and activities in the out of home channel. This broad opportunity will manage a wide customer base covering retail, health food and out of home channels. Managing external agencies, delivering local marketing activation plans and ensuring the company stays one step ahead of the competition will form part of this interesting remit.
The brands owned by this company are in the health/nutrition sectors and are a major player in this category with brands known by most of us. With strong international heritage and good brand recognition this looks to be a great opportunity for a passionate marketer.
