Agency Side Roles

Agency side salaries seem to have stabilised relative to those seen in last year’s salary review where it was evident that the recession had affected the overall use of external marketing, PR or online agencies by companies looking for ways to tighten their belts. This year we find that salaries for both PR and marketing agency roles have generally remained the same despite a couple of big upward shifts in the remuneration of PR Account Directors on one end of the spectrum and Marketing Account Executives on the other.
Generally agency side roles are all paying similar salaries for their respective levels of seniority, although Digital Account Managers are arguably more in demand if you use their average salary as an indication.
