Brand Candidate donates to the Down's Syndrome Association
The Down’s Syndrome Association has benefitted from a donation made by a Brand Recruitment candidate. The Association provides information and support for people with Down’s syndrome as well as their families and those who work with them. It also champions the rights of people with Down’s syndrome and strives to improve knowledge of the condition.
The specialist marketing recruitment agency carry out surveys of recently registered candidates to monitor and improve the customer experience, and all respondents’ names are eligible for a ‘draw’ which takes place every quarter. Brand then make a donation on behalf of the chosen candidate to a charity of their choice.
Managing Director Steve Mann remarked, ‘We take our interaction with candidates very seriously and we are also keen to support charities who are perhaps not as well supported at present as they would be in a more certain economic environment. This concept helps us tick both of those boxes, so it is certainly something we will be continuing.
