Their strict code of conduct regarding ethics and confidentiality is also central to their outstanding reputation. “Many agencies employ what are often quite cavalier approaches to candidates – you will hear horror stories about c.v.s landing on bosses’ desks, for example, or candidates being lied to or agencies trying to ‘bully’ them into going to interviews – yet at Brand we are in it for the long run and would much rather sacrifice short-term profitability in order to maintain relationships in the long term.
