Brand Recruitment has this month recognised the hard work of Lauren Barham, part of the Candidate Engagement Team, at Brand Recruitment. Lauren was chosen as April’s team player of the month for her efforts in making sure that the office is always fully stocked with the necessary grocery and stationery supplies and for her enthusiasm over the last few weeks in which she has been shown new processes. One of her nominations stated the following reason: “I wish to nominate Lauren for always helping out and being positive about every task she is doing.”
Lauren has chosen to donate to the Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) which aims to improve the experience of patients and their families as well as the staff that work at the hospital. ACT is the independent charity for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust which includes Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie Hospitals.
Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust was Lauren’s chosen charity as it is one that is close to her heart as well as having family links. Lauren’s grandparents had been cared for at the hospital and she would like the donation to help others who are being treated there. Lauren commented that: “Addenbrooke’s has a great reputation and I am thrilled to be able to contribute to their worthy charity!”
Her Majesty The Queen will open the new Rosie Hospital on Thursday 23rd May, marking 51 years since The Queen last visited the hospital. Lauren was actually born at the Rosie Hospital so her donation will be received by the Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust at an exciting time for them.

All of us at Brand Recruitment are looking forward to finding out who will be chosen as May’s Team Player of the month.
