Furthermore, this role is brand new and part of the very small comms team, so you can truly mould it and make it yours.
If you’re thinking of applying, you’ll just need a couple of years’ experience handling internal and external comms – a commercial environment – as well as some exposure to social media, intranets and websites. A degree or some form of professional qualification isn’t essential, but would be a massive plus. What will get you this role – on top of your essential experience with internal and external comms – is your personality; these guys are a people-centric organisation, and they love people to be the same; likeable, professional, creative and fun!
Day to day, you’ll be engaging employees and customers through exciting and structured communications campaigns, telling the story of the company. These will be via the intranet, website, staff events and announcements, as well as through the press and social media, so you’ll be an amazing writer, a confident communicator and have a strong commercial awareness.
