CRM and Email Coordinator, Bedfordshire -
Are you a CRM whizz looking for a new challenge? Are you confident in building and executing engaging campaigns? We are very excited to be working with a leading consumer brand who are looking for an experienced CRM and Email Coordinator to join their innovative team. Your role will be to help create and deliver engaging and exciting campaigns as well as ensuring an easy and enjoyable customer journey. You will have extensive experience of both building and deploying campaigns across all channels including email, SMS and websites. With at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, thriving environment (ideally consumer) and will be well-versed in delivery of automation activity.
An integral and important role, you will use your in-depth knowledge and experience of CRM to carry out testing and come up with ways to optimise each campaign and make the most of every customer engagement opportunity. You will have experience of working within timescales and budgets and excel within a role where you will be managing multiple projects at any one time. As the quality lead for your team you will have a keen eye for detail as well as being comfortable in proofreading copy and campaigns before they are released.
Due to the nature of the business, this role is most suited to those currently working in a retail, leisure, FMCG, automotive industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Executive to get truly stuck-in to varied and pivotal role, in a powerful and growing company. Due to the location of this Dunstable-based office, this role is easily-commutable from Hitchin, Leighton Buzzard, Luton, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Bletchley and Welwyn Garden City.
