CRM Manager, Dunstable -
Are you someone strategic and forward thinking who’s up for a new challenge with a large, well-known organisation? We are currently looking for someone who has had at least 6 years solid experience in a CRM focussed marketing role. Ideally you will have previously managed a small team although this is a desirable but not an essential for the role. You’ll have experience across multiple channels, including social media, email and websites and driving ROI from marketing programmes. You’ll lead and take control of all strategic activity within this big organisation to increase and drive revenue. Being a strategic lead across a smaller team, influencing skills at a senior level and providing a strong digital understanding regarding campaign management is essential.
The CRM Strategy Manager will enhance the customer contact strategies, making sure they’re meeting requirements and have a strong, confident approach to maintain high standards to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently, to lead and inspire. You need to be able to influence and control the behaviour of data to drive effectiveness of the organisation’s direct communications. Reporting to the Head of CRM you’ll be able to interpret behavioural insight on the company’s data and create effective strategies that will drive efficient direct communications.
