Marketing Manager, Sandy -
We’re working exclusively with an outstanding B2B organisation that’s keen to find their next Marketing leader in this highly-varied and strategic position at their offices in Sandy!
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager – with experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial products such as agriculture being essential – who’s able to build and nurture working relationships with vital industry partners and stakeholders at all levels, including those working internationally. A commercial drive is crucial, with a deep understanding of acquisition, conversion and retention, and you’ll need to be good with numbers, budgets and reporting, driving the best leads to the business. Campaign and project management experience will be useful, as – working in a small team – you’ll be managing multiple things at once, and you’ll need to think strategically to see the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable to manage your team and work cross-functionally for the best overall result.
As well as a sound commercial drive and some proven B2B experience in the right industries, you’ll be working on a pioneering brand campaign and getting stuck into an exciting new venture for the business, so a love for a varied and hands-on role is essential. Whilst managing the strategy, you will need a holistic understanding to appreciate the work at all levels, getting stuck into a variety of campaigns both online and offline. Channel Marketing experience will be a significant bonus here, with exposure to working with key industry partners and distributors, gaining a complete understanding of the market and the product alike.
This is a unique and involved role that offers up significant rewards, from never being bored to having real scope for the role to grow, as the company is experiencing large amounts of growth, so you’ll have the opportunity to be deeply involved with new and exciting ideas as this happens.
It’s easily commutable form Bedford, St Neots, Hitchin, Letchworth, Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage, Hatfield, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Dunstable, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Cambridge, Royston and Huntingdon.
