An extremely successful membership organisation, are currently seeking an innovative and creative Marketing Director (with a digital focus) to join their team on a permanent basis. As Marketing Director, you will be managing a team of four and leading the organisation's strategic transformation to become more digitally enabled. You will produce a clear digital and offline marketing strategy to help promote and raise the profile of the organisation to help gain new membership, whilst also identifying what current members want so the company can improve their offering and retention. You will be responsible for managing the communications channels to reach the target markets; communication channels include content, magazine, weekly e-newsletter, website, social media, email campaigns, promotional materials, exhibitions, events, adverts and direct mail.
As the Marketing Director, you will have extensive digital marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding. With the ability to lead a team of writers, designers, and marketing and digital executives, as well as interacting with key stakeholders on a regular basis. It is also essential you have experience and knowledge of the following: Mailchimp (or equivalent), social media channels, Google Analytics (or equivalent analytics software) and CMS (WordPress or similar).
Due to the location of the role, it would be best suited to those commuting from Cambridge, Bedford, St Neots, Luton, Milton Keynes, Huntingdon, St Ives, Stevenage, Letchworth, Cambourne, Hitchin and Northampton.
