Communications Manager, Eton -
We’re working with a global business, who are the largest supplier of cancer treatments across Europe. Having worked with the marketing team exclusively over the last few years, we’ve watched them move from a national business into a global power, building private treatment centres across the UK. Whilst it’s a commercial business, they’ve founded an empathetic and collaborative culture, with a team who genuinely care about the business.
Joining a large global team, your role with sit in their UK function interacting with doctors, patients and the general public. Switching from empathetic content to engage the public, you’ll create fact based, clean and clinical comms for medical professions too. Working with the wider team you’ll cover all communications channels, from blogs to social media.
Whilst we are ideally looking for someone from a health-related field, broader consumer communication professionals would be considered. We’re looking for someone with a journalistic/PR background who has ideally led a PR function either inhouse or agency side. Experience within a regulated field would be ideal, with demonstrable experience in crisis management too.
Due to its location, the role would be commutable from Eton, Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor, Wokingham, Bracknell, High Wycombe, Uxbridge, Watford, Reading and western parts of London.
