Our award-winning, household-name client is currently searching for an experienced and driven EMEA Product Manager to join their busy and growing team in Berkshire. With at least 4 years’ product management experience under your belt for a large consumer organisation, you will be confident developing product ranges that fill a gap in the market and meet customer needs. You will have extensive NPD experience, ideally within FMCG, and will have experience designing eye catching packaging for product ranges. You’ll need a strong commercial mindset and exceptional analytical skills, paired with a passion and drive for creating unique products that the consumer will love.
As EMEA Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the new product offering at an exciting time in this company’s development. You will manage new products and ranges across the full product lifecycle; from initial concept, through to the development and testing stages, to designing packaging and calculating pricing margins, to working closely with the shopper marketing team and retail partners to get these new products launched into stores. You’ll be responsible for creating products that appeal to an international audience, so you will need to be comfortable undertaking extensive consumer and market research across all relevant territories to ensure the success of all NPD. You will need to have exceptional organisation skills and a meticulous nature to succeed in this role, and be able to work on a number of projects at any given time. Prior budget management experience would be highly advantageous, as would a strong knowledge of the FMCG industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business who continue to go from strength to strength. If you are a passionate and driven Product Manager with proven experience in NPD and product innovation, then we want to hear from you!
