Events and Marketing Executive, Reading -

A leading and award-winning legal organisation based in Reading are looking for a driven Events and Marketing Executive to join their growing team.

As an Events and Marketing Executive, you will be involved in:

• Managing and implementing a variety of both internal and external events such as seminars, webinars, and conference
• Communicating with stakeholders and being the point person to clients both leading up to the event and on the day of the event
• Providing digital support to the marketing team when required such as promotion of events on social media and across their website

The Requirements:

• Previous experience managing events and their processes
• Knowledge of setting up and running Webinars using Zoom is essential
• Previous experience using social media platforms is required
• Happy to be client-facing and being the point of contact for clients
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
