This is a company that is a household name, and we all know someone who has not only used their product and is probably a massive advocate. The company has grown from strength to strength, certainly over the last year also… and you’d be joining a large marketing team, in a business which provides itself on the wellbeing of their staff and employees.
This high-level loyalty marketing role requires candidates who are not only proficient in, but innovators of digital and CRM, coming specifically from a consumer background. The CRM is an absolute ‘must’ as it forms the core of the retention activity. Salesforce, Braze and Dotmailer are the tools they use, but other of a similar ‘ilk’ would also be considered moving forwards.
Notable success in campaign delivery is a must also, as are demonstrable leadership capabilities, strong communication skills and an excellent record in project management.
You will work with both domestic and global teams managing all things CRM related. This encompasses everything from ensuring adherence to key brand guidelines and tone of voice in marketing collateral, management of the budgets and strategy, through to campaign analysis and reporting. You’ll work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across all teams involved in delivery of brand messaging so an ability to influence and lead is essential as you own multiple projects.
This role serves as a fantastic opportunity for anyone with the appropriate skill set, to join a widely renowned company who are brilliant at proving clear career progression opportunities for their employees. Due to the location of this role, locations that will be easily commutable include Marlow, Slough, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Reading, Beaconsfield and Henley on Thames. Though, they are happy to be offering two or three days per weeks working from home, so this should serve to ease are location restrictions somewhat!
