The Role – Brand Manager – Newport Pagnell
As Brand Manager, we’re looking for someone to start and hit the ground running. The role is very hands on, covering both tactical and strategic development across B2C audiences.
Day to day, you could be…
- Working alongside the Marketing Manager in the development, implementation, and execution of annual and rolling brand plans, programs, and promotions.
- Developing and communicating brand strategy, reviewing data to gain understanding of shopper and channel insights.
- Identify opportunities for NPD, promotions, POS, packing, pricing etc
- Analyse market trends and competitors’ activity
- Budget Management, regularly tracking, updating, and reporting of brand budget
- Manage agency partners to develop brand strategies, plans & promotions etc
You – Brand Manager – Newport Pagnell
You will need…
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a Brand Marketing role, ideally within an FMCG/B2C environment.
- Strong project management skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Proven experience in the development and execution of promotional concepts, providing strategic direction and creative briefing.
- Confidence dealing with data, analytics and insights and using these to drive and shape brand decisions
- To be a self-starter who is confident working autonomously
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team on a fixed term contract, it could be extended beyond the initial term or made permanent.
This role will be hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
Due to the location of their offices, this role would be of particular interest to those based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Bedford, St Neots, Huntingdon, Cambourne, Northampton, Buckingham, Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Bicester, Bletchley, Dunstable, Hitchin and Banbury.
