Brand Recruitment have partnered exclusively with a multi-award winning FMCG business who are at the top of their game and going through a period of tremendous growth to source their newest Digital Marketing Manager, to join their collaborative, fast-paced and lively team based just outside of Milton Keynes.
Candidates must have a background working for a consumer or FMCG brand and have proven experience working in a hands-on digital marketing role, driving digital marketing campaigns, digital brand and social media strategies and developing and managing ecommerce sites.
This is a newly created, stand-alone job in Digital Marketing and will offer the successful applicant the chance to shape and drive the digital marketing strategy for some iconic, household name brands. We’re looking for someone who’s looking to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into a new role and isn’t afraid of working independently.
As the go-to person for all things digital in the business, you will use your passion and expertise to drive the brand’s digital marketing and social media strategies to reach more consumers. You’ll keep a close eye on what customers are saying about the brand and products online and analyse how they interact with the brand digitally; providing the business with crucial insights into their customers and what their perception is of the brand.

- Devising a social media strategy and driving the brand’s social media presence
- Creating new, engaging and informative content across the website, blog and social media channels. Ensure all content is fully optimised to drive SEO
- Overseeing the email marketing strategy and driving conversion rates to their branded websites
- Managing the ecommerce website, ensuring it is fully optimised for the customer shopping journey and working on an exciting re-development project to refresh the look of the brand’s website
- Analysing the success of digital marketing campaigns and the website and using Google Analytics to produce regular reports
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects at any given time whilst completing work to deadlines is essential in this role. You’ll be a go-getter and someone who’s always coming up with new ideas and thinking of ways you can make things better; this company values creative thinking and wants someone who is meticulous and driven in their approach and won’t be content with just coasting along.
