Brand Recruitment have partnered with a global B2B software and technology organisation who are seeking an Events Associate to join their growing marketing team of 8.
The role will be based predominately remotely, with ad-hoc attendance to their offices in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Candidates must be able to drive and have their own transport.

The Role - Events Associate (mostly remote)
This position focuses on assisting with the events strategy and taking ownership of the delivery. It’s a mix of UK and international events, so there will be some travel (internationally maybe 2-3 times a year). It’ll average 80-100 events per year, including conferences, exhibitions, client events, entertainment activities, user groups, webinars, and trade shows.
You’ll report into the Head of Marketing, working closely with their wider established team.
Requirements - Events Associate (mostly remote)
- Experience in organising a range of events, including exhibitions, seminars, trade shows and conferences.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally from a B2B background, but others will be considered.
- Experience in pre and post campaigns and organising and supporting on the production of collateral.
- Excellent communication skills, with a driven attitude and hunger to assist the team in continually propelling forwards.
The role will be based predominately remotely, with ad-hoc attendance to their offices in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Therefore, due to the location of the offices, this position would best suit those commuting from areas such as Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, Luton, Aylesbury, Wellingborough, Newport Pagnell, Cambridge, Kettering, Cranfield, and wider areas of Buckinghamshire.
