A unique opportunity to join an inspiring and passionate Christian charity who operate on an international scale. They are looking for a talented individual with a substantial amount of experience within a channel marketing (or similar) role as well as experience operating within the fundraising /charity sector.

Your primary aim will be to engage with the target audience and attract new supporters who are considering partnering with the charity. This role will lead the implementation and evolution of the charity’s supporter growth strategy, developing a secure portfolio of scalable acquisition channels in order to maximise long term revenue.

In addition to delivering acquisition targets across all marketing channels, you will be tasked with developing a high performing team in order to deliver annual ROI aligned to organisational objectives.

This is a key role within the organisation where you will have the chance to create an active and sustainable contribution to the fundraising leadership team as well as support the wider team and organisation as a whole.

This role would suit someone educated to degree level and with a strong understanding of fundraising who also has an aptitude for working with data, analysis and preparing business cases. Outstanding networking, communication, relationship building and leadership skills are particularly important.

Due to the location of the office, this role will be commutable from Bedford, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Luton, Aylesbury, Oxford, Leighton Buzzard, Buckingham, Banbury and most parts of Buckinghamshire.
