An excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a renowned global organisation operating within the business services sector.

Although the role won’t necessarily involve much travel, it is an international role and therefore requires an experienced Marketing Manager who ideally has previous experience in building multi-country internal and external stakeholder relationships. Projects and campaigns, as well as brand messaging and communications, will need to be tailored to local market needs, for both prospects and clients.

The International Marketing Manager will need to be able to contribute to the annual marketing plan; develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns; liaise effectively with various internal departments (particularly digital); help increase brand awareness by evaluating the competitor landscape across agreed markets; develop and deliver robust integrated marketing campaigns; work closely with agencies and designers when creating clear and concise briefs; measure success and report on monthly marketing activity including ROI, as well as making improvements and recommendations.

The marketing team as a whole is in a period of transition and this role is effectively working closely with the head of marketing and acting as their ‘right hand person’. It will involve managing a team of people which, in terms of numbers, is likely to be circa four people. The team are relatively inexperienced, therefore, the role would suit a strong people manager with a degree of maturity about them and someone who is comfortable with responsibility.

In addition to your B2B marketing background, international exposure, people management experience and broad marketing expertise, you will need to be a driven and passionate individual who thrives in a fast paced and ever evolving environment.

This is an urgent role and a replacement for someone who has worked for the business for a considerable period of time, therefore, it is a key appointment that they are focused on getting right.
