A well-established and leading education organisation based in Milton Keynes are looking for a driven Marketing and Strategy Manager to join their dynamic marketing team You will need at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within the education industry. A degree educated candidate is desirable although not a necessity.
As Marketing and Strategy Manager, you will be developing creative and original marketing strategies that reflect and build awareness of the organisation’s well-known brand. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to deliver online and offline marketing activities that are effectively monitored, measured and evaluated ensuring continuous optimisation of digital activity, whilst identifying new opportunities to deliver innovative marketing ideas and plans, and organising memorable events! The other part of your role will be overseeing the production of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they are to the highest standard and suitably reflect the brand’s tone of voice. It is vital you are analytically minded, with exceptional organisation and time management skills to manage projects on time, on brief and in budget. The successful candidate will be line managing a team, therefore, it would be an advantage if you have line management experience.
