Our client, a leading specialist financial services organisation, are looking for an experienced and driven Direct Marketer to manage the online and offline direct marketing strategy, for successful multi-audience acquisition and retention, ensuring positive brand growth across all channels.

The role – Marketing Manager

Reporting into the Head of Marketing you’ll take overall leadership of the Direct Marketing Team, leading the customer contract strategy and delivering acquisition, retention and ongoing communication strategy.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overall management of the Direct marketing team including regular 121s motivating team members for development and performance.
  • Define the contract strategy to acquire new customers.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports.
  • Management and strategic planning of marketing automation and testing programmes across both marketing and out bound channels.
  • Perfect the delivery of new customer onboarding approach to create strong first impressions.
  • Lead the customer loyalty and retention strategy from a customer contact perspective.
  • Management of 3rd party agencies

You:

  • Comfortable both strategically and hands on with online and offline direct marketing
  • Excellent CRM knowledge
  • Proficiency in Apteco FastStats/Dot Digital/People Stage or similar softwares!
  • Line management experience.

Due to the location of this role, and hybrid set up of 1 day per week minimum in the office, where you are located is flexible as long as you are happy to commute 1 day per week to Aylesbury, suitable locations include: Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Tring, Amersham, High Wycombe, Bicester and Oxford, Watford, Bicester, Stevenage and Princes Risborough.
