Online Merchandiser, Leighton Buzzard -
We’re excited to be working with an international leader in the retail sector and they’re looking for an Online Merchandiser to join their dynamic marketing team. You must have proven experience of working within an online or e-commerce marketing position previously and have a good understanding of what it takes to successfully maximise sales conversions across multiple platforms. It’s essential that the successful candidate also has hands on merchandising experience and is commercially aware of what it takes to successfully market a product across the world biggest online retail platforms. You will need to be competent when using Excel and approach individual and team tasks with a high attention to detail and a hardworking, driven attitude.
The successful Online Merchandiser will be responsible for the regular monitoring of various product listings and presentations, ensuring they are actively reaching online customers effectively across core sectors that the business operates in. You will need to use your keen eye for detail to maintain that all product content, both written and visual, is engaging and up to date across all e-commerce channels. Products should be marketed within the correct category to maximise sales conversions and drive online revenue for the business. A core part of the role will be to design and develop a process that will allow you and your team to on go regular updates and improvements to drive cross selling opportunities across the online side of the business.
