PR and Communications Coordinator, Princes Risborough –
This role would suit a well organised, customer focused, results driven, analytical thinker with a commercial outlook who has well developed communication and team work skills and the ability to produce clear written documentation.
In an ideal world you will be degree educated and have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a professional environment that is outward facing, e.g. PR, marketing, communications, or similar.
Working closely with external affairs team, you will provide assistance on all external affairs activity in relation to the various programmes which are run by the organisation. Key responsibilities will include; information and data management, supporting with events, as well as providing content and distribution support to the team.
You will provide communications support in the form of updating the website and internal records to keep information current; Refreshing the CRM system and keeping it up to date with all relevant contact details; Managing research and external affairs content on the website; Acting as the primary point of contact for research and external affairs support including answering inbound enquiries; Working with researchers to produce posters or other formats such as infographics to showcase their research; Undertaking competitor analysis or similar organisations.
