Brand Recruitment are recruiting for an innovative, highly respected and growing healthcare technology organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge.
They are specialists in their field, their products truly changing our understanding, enabling new forms of research and life changing treatments.
They are seeking a Communications Manager to join their small UK based team with a global reach. This position has no direct reports currently, but there is huge opportunity for growth within the role.
The Role – Communications Manager
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Communications, you’ll be responsible for:
- Writing engaging content for the website, email campaigns, marketing materials and press releases.
- Securing media coverage, liaising closely with journalists on storytelling and outreach opportunities.
- Creating internal communications initiatives for employer branding and engagement.
- Creating and executing multi-channel campaigns, communicating key messages.
Requirements – Communications Manager
They are looking for someone who has an interest in life science and technology and an eagerness to learn.
You’ll need to be a confident copywriter, with 3-6 years B2B communications experience and be happy to work across all teams within the business. It’s a hands-on role, so will suit someone who is a ‘doer’.
This position will be 2-3 days in the office, and the rest working remotely. Due to the location of the offices the role is suitable for those commuting from Cambridge, Milton, Newmarket, Histon, Ely, Six Mile Bottom, Waterbeach, Babraham, Exning, and most areas of wider Cambridgeshire!
