Communications Manager (6 Month FTC), Cambridge -
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Communications Manager to take a lead on all communications for a high-profile multi-million-pound project within an award-winning public organisation based in Cambridge.
As Communications Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating communications ensuring to keep all internal and external stakeholders informed and involved in the development of the project through required channels such as; public meetings, infographics, video, newsletters, press releases, website and social media. You will need to plan and deliver consultations, create media opportunities and answer questions at public meetings so it is essential that you are a strong communicator with good political sensitivity.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
- Development of a variety of informative collateral including newsletters, corporate booklet, publications and more;
- Ensuring the website remains up to date with the most relevant information
- Engaging with media contacts to ensure maximum coverage across relevant networks – gaining maximum positive representation and providing crisis communications where appropriate.
