An excellent new opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Analyst to join a leading company in the consumer industry. Ideally with at least 2 years data analysis under your belt you will be confident in presenting any findings to senior members of the teams and provide recommendations that influence.
Reporting to the Marketing Director this role will see you overseeing review and collating customer insight, analysing and segmenting the database to gain further understanding of customer behaviours through SMS and email where you will then be responsible for creating reports on your findings to support future marketing strategies. You will need to understand the roles within the Marketing team as you may be expected to carry out basic elements of their roles too.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Analyst to assume responsibility for a high-profile operation within a well-respected and evolving retail company. Due to the location of this Cambridgeshire office, this role is easily commutable from Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Ives, Peterborough, Wisbech, Yaxley, Alconbury, Sawtry, Market Deeping, Oundle and Stamford to name a few.
