Assistant Designer, Huntingdon -
A leading consumer retail organisation is recruiting for an ambitious and hard-working Design Assistant to join their growing team based in Cambridgeshire. Ideally, you’ll have a degree or equivalent design qualification and can bring lots of enthusiasm, creativity and class to a variety of digital and print designs.
As an admirable team player, you’ll be working closely with Mid-weight designer where you’ll provide creative ideas and eye-catching designs for the company’s social media channels. Whilst you’ll also be working closely with 3rd party agencies, you must be a highly organised and a confident communicator as you could be expected to work on multiple projects at a time. The successful candidate will have experience of creating both online and print based marketing materials and the ability to support the ambitious marketing strategies in place for each project.
- Be a confident user of Adobe CS- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MS Office
- Have a good eye for colours, design and composition
- Ability to project manage and optimise workflows
- Ability to show good initiative, judgement and excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working on multiple projects to tight deadlines
- Can work efficiently independently and within a team
