A leading and inspiring not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge are looking for a driven Digital Channels Lead to develop and deliver highly successful and well-thought strategies for the organisation’s digital channels.
This organisation has a vision to ensure that every time someone engages with them through digital spaces, their relationship with them gets stronger. That means delivering great customer experience through the most effective use of digital channels and content for all of their audiences.
As Digital Channels Lead, you will be leading a team of creative Digital Channel Owners and support them in the development of strategies across the website, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Email and new digital communication channels, which will in turn ensure the organisations brand is consistently delivered through compelling content. This will have you involved in executing integrated campaigns across multiple platforms and report on relevant metrics in order for the recorded data to be manipulated and used to make recommendations for the organisation’s digital presence. You will be responsible for managing large budgets and regularly liaising with stakeholders so exceptional organisational and communication skills are vital.
This is the perfect role for an innovative team leader with a passion for digital strategising to join a well-established organisation on a maternity cover contract. Due to the location of the office, this role will be commutable from Cambridge, St Neots, Royston, Saffron Walden, Huntingdon, Ely and Bury St Edmunds and most parts of Cambridgeshire.
