Digital Communications Co-ordinator, Cambridge -

The Bell Foundation is a charity which aims to overcome exclusion through language education by working with partners on innovation, research, training and practical interventions. The Foundation is delivering its vision through three strategic programmes which focus on pupils, young people and those involved with the criminal justice system for whom English is an Additional Language.

The Foundation has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Communications Co-ordinator to work within a growing, dynamic team to assist and support the communication and marketing of the organisation’s assets. This is a key role analysing, identifying opportunities, making recommendations and implementing communication activities across the charity’s range of digital channels in order to support the Foundation’s programmes to grow in size and influence in order to positively impact the lives of our beneficiaries. The role will involve co-ordinating multiple projects, and managing data collection, evaluation and management. It will provide support for the marketing of the Foundation’s training, publications, events as well as the website, social media and creative mediums.

We are looking for:

  • A proactive, solution-focussed, creative and self-motivated individual.
  • A logical and systematic thinker.
  • Aptitude for working at pace to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A team player, able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and digital skills, the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • A minimum of two years working in a comparable role focusing on digital communications, co-ordinating and managing projects delivered both with external partners and internal teams.

The location is flexible, however as a minimum there will be a requirement to attend the Cambridge office for induction, and team meetings.
