A position that requires a social media extraordinaire with at least 5 years’ experience, to join a thriving and progressive social media team. Their client base is both expansive and demanding, so the role requires candidates that can work under pressure and at a fast pace, whilst remaining aligned to the company tone of voice and brand persona. You will need to be proactive strategist, adept in campaign planning across each of the core social media platforms, as well as online video sharing media. A passion for social media with a creative flair for innovative content creation is a must, with a strong knowledge of the creative suites also desirable.
Working as an integral colleague in the wider social and creative teams, as the Social Media Marketing Manager you will conceptualise calendar-based campaigns, take through to implementation, reporting and reviewing to improve ROI. The goal, to increase consumer engagement and extend the reach their already vast network. You will produce exceptional written and visual content, including video, supporting initiative and campaigns across their product range. This will be tailored to suit the respective platform to which it is posted. Analysing the KPI and social media feedback, you will provide insights and reports on campaign successes to develop future campaigns. This extends in to event management, linked to the social media campaigns. You will need to have your finger on the pulse and use all the up to date social media strategies to optimise your outputs.
