This position is hybrid, based 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.
The Role - Digital Marketing Executive (CRM)
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the CRM system, ensuring data is up to date.
- Creating and conducting email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Evaluating and analysis of performance, using Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
- Assisting with other digital campaigns including PPC, paid social and search.
- Developing content for emails and landing pages.
Requirements - Digital Marketing Executive (CRM)
- A minimum of 18 months’ experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in a CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ideally a degree or relevant marketing qualification.
- Broad understanding of digital marketing across multi-channel campaigns, website and social media updating.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously, with good communication skills.

This position is hybrid, based 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.
