Digital Marketing Manager, St Neots -
We’re partnering with a B2B client of ours in St Neots to find their new Digital Marketing Manager.
We’ve met with the team before at their stunning new offices and have placed multiple people with them, so are very excited to be searching for this new hire!
Working closely with the Sales Team, this Digital Marketing Manager job would suit a sales-driven E-Commerce marketer. Hands on and extremely commercial, it offers real autonomy, progression and growth.
With almost 100% of their business coming from the website and a turnover well into the millions, they really do need someone digitally-strong who knows E-Commerce inside and out.
You will drive as much relevant traffic to the website as possible – through various forms of paid and organic search like PPC, AdWords and SEO – and will know how to get that traffic to convert, increasing customer retention and average basket values at every turn.
Industry background is not important here, but demonstrable and proven experience with E-Commerce is absolutely essential. You will have worked hands-on with online trading platforms and will be able to discuss your end-to-end successes with ease.
You will have a wonderful Marketing Executive reporting into you who will handle the creative and branding side of things, leaving you free to fully own the E-Commerce strategy – and execution – here.
It’s a hands-on, fast-paced and seriously commercial role, suiting a sales-driven E-Commerce marketer that is not afraid to get their hands dirty, so if you have the experience needed then we would love to hear from you!
Logistics-wise, they are fully remote right now, moving to a 60:40 split between office and home working moving forward, making this role commutable from Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Corby, Stevenage, Letchworth, Bishops Stortford, Hitchin, Luton, Dunstable, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, and all wider areas of Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, London and Essex.
