Events and Partnership Executive 3-5 days per week, Cambridge -
A well-established media company in Cambridge is looking for a confident and energetic Events and Partnership Executive to join their dedicated team and help shape partnerships and attendance at multiple international events, whilst being mindful of the agency’s reader/subscriber retention and acquisition. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role in house or within an agency environment. This is a fast-paced dynamic role and will often have you managing multiple projects at once, therefore it is essential you have excellent organisational skills, time management and a high attention to detail.
As Events and Partnership Executive you will be building strong and reliable relationships with external organisations to drive and organise attendance and brand awareness at highly successful events. A key part to this role will be managing the multiple relationships the organisation has with external partners and ensuring multiple touchpoints in contra deals are delivered on both sides, whilst keeping an eye on any commercial opportunities that might arise for the sales team. Candidates must have good negotiation skills for the contract deals, and be confident talking over the phone.
