Head of Digital Marketing, Cambridge -
A rapidly expanding full-service agency, based in the beautiful outskirts of Cambridge, are looking for a Head of Digital to join them in their exciting and aggressive growth plans. The agency pride themselves on their effective branding and strategic offerings, and have impressed companies of all sizes with their can-do attitudes and broad marketing expertise – they have the awards to back this up! Coming from an agency background at senior account manager or director level, you will be keen to hit the ground running in a proactive, varied and locally renowned agency.
This is an excellent opportunity for a digital account director to lead the growth on the digital arm of the agency which includes performance channels, websites, user experience, SEO, messaging and CRM. As digital account director you will manage a small team who oversee the implantation of projects, but who still need guidance. You will need to be self-sufficient and confident in managing your accounts to meet client expectations as well as budgets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and grow the digital arm of the business (this really will be your digital baby!)
- Efficient day to day management of an existing and varied portfolio of clients;
- End-to-end campaign management across various digital channels;
- Having real input into client strategy and creative;
- Driving forward new business.
You will be forward-thinking, constantly striving to improve and develop the agency’s service, and remaining up to speed with latest developments. You’ll certainly have a firm grasp of digital tools (current and emerging) with a strong understanding of web analytics.
