Internal Communications and Change Lead - 18 month contract, Cambridge -

A highly successful not-for-profit organisation in Cambridgeshire, are looking for a dynamic Internal/Change Communications professional to join their fantastic team on a 18-month contract basis. You will be developing and leading a change communications strategy for an exciting new project. You will need at least three years’ experience in a similar position. A communication related degree is a strong desirability but not a necessity.
As Internal Communications and Change Lead you will be working closely with key stakeholders to successfully reinforce the internal communications for the new project and ensuring it is compatible with the wider brand identity of the organisation and its future vision. Important aspects of your role will be delivering influential communication material across online and offline channels and to provide hands on support throughout the implementation of communication activities.
This is the perfect role for a driven candidate with a passion for change communications to join an exciting and dynamic organisation which offers an enriching working environment. Due to the location of the office, this role will be commutable from Cambridge, St Neots, Royston, Saffron Walden, Huntingdon, Ely and Bury St Edmunds and most parts of Cambridgeshire.
