Internal Communications Executive, Cambridge -

A leading global Not-for-Profit based in Cambridge are looking for a driven and talented Internal Communications Executive to join their dynamic team and aid in the delivery of the internal communications strategy. You will need at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position and ideally hold a relevant degree.
Supporting the wider communications team, as Internal Communications Executive, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Delivering innovative campaigns to drive employee engagement and unite the team on the organisation’s inspirational values and missions
- Support the team delivering integrated campaigns across a variety of online and offline channels, ensuring campaigns are on brand, and in budget
- Executing regular reports on activities, recognising areas for improvement and providing solutions
- Maintain and develop the organisations intranet channels and enable team to feel informed, whilst providing insight on how to effectively utilise resources
The ideal candidate will be highly capable working both independently and collaboratively, with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.

Due to the location of the office, this role will be commutable from Cambridge, St Neots, Royston, Saffron Walden, Huntingdon, Ely and Bury St Edmunds and most parts of Cambridgeshire.
