This award-winning consumer business are recruiting for a Loyalty Marketing Manager on a 5-month contract basis, with the potential to be extended up until Christmas. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in building the loyalty of both new and existing customers to ensure continuous repeat business in a common occurrence!
As Loyalty Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building customer engagement, ensuring all initiatives have a strong focus on the customer experience, whilst also ensuring everything within the customer lifecycle is positive. It is very important that you have a strong understanding of implementing and managing a loyalty scheme and driving best marketing practice and customer management. You will be keeping on top of the company data and analysing the audience to monitor the consumer performance. Overseeing any marketing strategies to improve the targeted membership numbers.
