Marketing Director, Peterborough -

Reporting to COO and managing a small team, you will have not only proven leadership skills but also have the initiative and presence to put forward your ideas and be sure you are heard. Furthermore, you will be not only the go-to but the driving force for all things brand and communications - from internal comms to managing budgets and external agencies – no two days will be the same in this role.

You will be working alongside the senior management team and have a real chance to share your knowledge which will result in influencing big business decisions. This role requires a true people person, someone who is well networked and has a flare for influencing people as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships. Furthermore, you will have an eye for opportunity – turning marketing ideas and translating them into consumer spend.
