The Company – Marketing Executive
Our client is a small but global engineering and manufacturing business based to the south-east of Cambridge city, who are seeking a passionate and dependable Marketing Executive to support the growing team.
The organisation is highly renowned in their specialist field, and sell their products into a range of sectors, under the umbrellas of science and technology. They have offices in the US, Europe, Japan and China, and have been going from strength to strength since they were established above 100 years ago.
The Role – Marketing Executive
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will support on a wide variety of marketing activities, with your responsibilities including:
- Writing content for online and offline channels, such as the website, social media, email campaigns, and collateral.
- Assist with updating the website and social media channels – predominately Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Maintain the CRM system and produce copy for and deliver email campaigns.
- Assist with SEO, PPC and paid social, working with external agencies.
- Assist with organising events.

Requirements – Marketing Executive
- 1-2 years broad marketing experience, ideally from a B2B background
- Excellent communications skills, both verbally and written
- Ideally a degree or CIM, but this is not essential
- A basic understanding of SEO, PPC and a willingness to learn various platforms such as their CRM and CMS.
Location
This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 remote per week.
Due to the location of the offices to the south-east of Cambridge, this position is commutable from areas such as: Cambridge, Newmarket, Six Mile Bottom, Sawston, Bottisham, Exning, Waterbeach, Saffron Walden, Linton, and Haverhill.
