This a very broad and global position, needing someone cut-out to do everything. You’ll have significant experience with events, and be commercial driven, not just identifying new opportunities but having the skills to know how to maximise them as well. You’ll be a keen writer, creating engaging content for printed and digital platforms, and have a good eye for design, managing collateral production and representing the brand in the best light.
Ideally coming from a background dealing with complex technology, you’ll need to understand highly-niche products and be able to market them correctly to the right audience. You’ll be working cross-functionally with all areas of the business, including overseas offices, so you’ll be an outstanding communicator, able to confidently hold your own as well as being approachable, both with internal and external stakeholders alike. You’ll regularly assess and analyse the effectiveness of your campaigns, continuously improving your methods and regularly exploring new opportunities, forging new partnerships as well as cultivating existing ones.
You’ll have a passion for product development and will work closely with sales teams, fully preparing them to capably sell the product with all the necessary tools. There will be some global travel with this position, so you must be happy with this, but there is a degree of flexibility on offer regarding working hours.
