Website Executive – 2 month initial contract in Cambridge -
A fantastic position has arisen within a global and industry leading technology and engineering consultancy business based just outside of Cambridge, who are looking for a Website Executive to join their sizeable marketing team on an initial 2 month contract basis.
This exciting and hands on position has arisen as the organisation are looking to overhaul and revamp their website, in order to drive further online traffic their way!
You will therefore be responsible for creating and editing engaging content, ensuring SEO optimisation is performed within and outside of website boundaries, and provide in-depth analysis of the performance of the website against search engines to ensure the most effect and efficient SEO operation.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience of content creation and management and be familiar with the nitty gritty or SEO optimisation.
Due to the nature of the business being very technology focused, those coming from a similar background may be at an advantage due to a heightened understanding of tone of voice and technical content. Prior experience of HTML, WordPress, and Adobe packages would also be highly beneficial, though not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to really get your foot in the door with a global and well-known organisation. Although the contract is initially 2 months, there is potential for extension (though this cannot be guaranteed).
Due to the location of their Cambridgeshire office, this role could be of interest to those living in Cambridge, Newmarket, Saffron Walden, Royston, St Neots, Huntingdon, St Ives, Bishops Stortford and Bury St Edmunds. Public transport links from the city are also good, so your own transport is not essential.
