As Head of Marketing, you will sit on the Executive branch of the UK team. This is a consultative role – you will be analysing business problems and providing innovative solutions with your marketing expertise to improve customer experience and company performance. Marketing is imbedded in every sector, level and team of the business. You will look at the full customer journey across the business to get a full picture of the customer experience; from analysing current internal processes and protocols, to using customer feedback to improve their experience at every level, making sure the business is delivering and exceeding customer expectations. Whilst the role is predominantly strategic, if a new project comes in, it’s all hands-on deck!
In addition to retention you will also identify markets, understand customer needs and work closely with commercial teams on customer propositions and what value the business can offer.
