Marketing Manager (Contract) - Part-Time or Full-Time, Romford -
An outstanding not-for-profit organisation based in Romford is looking for a strategically-minded Marketing Manager to join their energetic team on a full or part time basis on a contract to last until the end of the year. You will need to be well acquainted with the world of brand and income generation, preferably within charity, to succeed within this role – maximising awareness and donation opportunities.
Reporting to Head of Marketing and Communications, as Marketing Manager, your key responsibility will be focussed upon the effective development and implementation of a fruitful marketing strategy, inspiring a call to action within audiences.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
- Analysis and reporting on the efficacy of marketing initiatives, suggesting and implementing enhancements where appropriate;
- Effective management of your direct report – enabling them to flourish whilst also motivating them to maintain exceptional performance rates;
For this role, our client has outlined that you need a deep understanding of all marketing aspects, including brand management and income generation; and you will have previous experience in the management of a direct report. You will need to have an analytical yet creative mindset – striving to add value through a variety of methods such as events, retail opportunities and fundraising materials. And lastly, being an outstanding communicator & organiser on all levels is essential to succeed in this diverse and fast-paced role.
