We’re excited to be working alongside a marketing leading consumer business who are on the look out for a new Public Relations Manager to join their lively team. You’ll need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a PR position specifically within a B2C company and be a confident communicator who can develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Its also important that you have previously worked to develop influencer and blogger relationships that stretch across multiple channels including all popular social media platforms. As a creative, driven and reliable individual, you will have a full understanding of media relationships and the importance of completing tasks with a high level of detail to a tight deadline.
Responsibilities of the Public Relations Manager will include developing and implementing the PR strategy plan for the business, working closely to the set budget ensuring that you’re monitoring and adapting expenditure throughout the calendar year. You’ll work closely with internal teams on a range of campaigns that will be vital for driving revenue and increasing market share. Working closely with PR agencies, you will manage aspects of potential negative publicity and deal with any crisis or emergency communications. Other tasks expected within the role include creating content for press releases, developing influencer marketing strategies and evaluating potential new business opportunities for key areas within the business.
