Our award-winning, established client is currently searching for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to join their busy and growing team near Cheshunt. With at least 3-4 years’ Brand Management experience under your belt, you will be confident creating, executing and analysing annual brand activation plans and managing a number of marketing campaigns at any given time. Experience working within retail, FMCG or consumer industries is essential for this role, you’ll need to have proven experience creating engaging brand campaigns for B2C brands, working with key retail partners and a strong understanding of the target consumer. With experience working across the full marketing mix and a customer-focused, omni-channel approach to marketing, you will be an enthusiastic, passionate and proactive Brand Manager looking for an exciting challenge within a highly respected organisation.
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for devising and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement with the brand across a variety of channels and improving sales performance across the board. You’ll be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for the launch of new products into key retailers, ensuring you target both the core consumer and appeal to prospective customers who may not have heard of the brand previously. Increasing brand awareness is a vital element of this role and you will utilise an omni-channel approach to achieve this. As such, candidates will need demonstrable experience in PR, social media, digital marketing, events management, POS and retail marketing, to name a few. Working cross-functionally with other departments, you will ensure all activities and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand message and image is always presented to the consumer.
We’re looking for a creative and passionate individual to take this brand to the next level, someone with the vision to create innovative campaigns that will help to generate a buzz around the brand and secure widespread coverage across a number of channels. As digital is becoming an increasingly core way to engage with consumers, we’re looking for candidates with a strong background in social media and digital marketing, to reach consumers through their smartphones and social media interactions. Managing a small team, you’ll also be responsible for the development and motivation of your team, so proven line management experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
