The Role - Channel Marketing Manager
Reporting into the Marketing Communications Manager for the division, you’ll be responsible for:
- Devising a marketing strategy to support the sales team and drive new business opportunities.
- Implementing marketing campaigns designed to target specific customers and creating bespoke marketing materials and digital marketing communications to support this.
- Analysing the market, trends in consumer behaviour, competitor activity and product development to maximise on opportunities, identifying gaps in the market to make the business more reactive.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all marketing activity is tailored to their specific requirements and supports the needs of both businesses.
- Developing specific channel marketing strategies to deliver sales growth and raise brand awareness.
Requirements - Channel Marketing Manager
- A minimum of 6 years marketing experience, with a strong exposure to and experience in channel marketing.
- Ideally a degree or relevant marketing qualification, though this is not essential.
- A B2B background would be preferred, but all industries will be considered especially if you work with retailers, distributors, or partners.
- Line management, budget management and stakeholder management experience.
- A strong customer focused approach, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with sales.
- Experience of Marketo would be an advantage.
Location
Due to the location of the offices and an agile working approach, you’ll be required to attend the offices in Hatfield a minimum of 2 days a week.
This role therefore is commutable from areas such as: Hatfield, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Ware, Hertford, St Albans, Harpenden, Hemel Hempstead, Hitchin, Luton, Dunstable and wider areas of Hertfordshire.
